Seasalt Cafe, Clovelly
Sunday, August 16, 2015Last Sunday instead of running the 14km City2Surf with 80 000 others, the ladies of brunch club decided to do what they do best - brunch! Seasalt Cafe in Clovelly was next on the hit list and what a gorgeous day it was for a visit.
Clovelly Bay |
Skim cappucino $3.90 - It was quite strong and bitter |
Clockwise from the top - Seasalt breakfast $18.50, Mushrooms & danish fetta $16.50 and Sweet corn fritter stack $17.50 |
Sweet corn fritter stack $17.50 - Served with bacon, avocado salsa and spicy tomato relish. I really enjoyed this stack, fritters were sweet which went well with the avo salsa and spicy relish. |
Mushrooms and danish fetta on sourdough $16.50 side of poached eggs $6. Can't go wrong with soft fetta cheese and mushrooms although the eggs are a bit pricey as extras. |
Fresh tomato, avocado, ricotta and chervil on sourdough $13.50 |
In a nutshell Breakfast Coffee ● Food ●● Service ● Price $$$ Atmosphere | All day, everyday Regular $3.90 Modern Australian Waitress' were not very attentive Toast with condiments $7 Spacious, relaxed and beachy |
